Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room, while right by the elevator shaft, was tiny like a closet; however, it was in new condition, making it comfortable overall. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some language barriers. The location was decent, close to the main train station but noisy due to its proximity. The dining experience had a good variety but was a bit pricey. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with great views, although I wish there had been an option for a higher floor. The remodeled rooms are wonderful, especially the upgraded bathroom and spa-like amenities. Free WiFi is a bonus, and the room size was adequate with good storage and a comfortable bed.
The hotel is ideally situated close to the train station and essential shopping spots, making it convenient for your stay. The rooms are spacious, some with lovely park views, although lacking air-conditioning and facing a busy street intersection. The service was exceptionally helpful, and the dining options offered a good mix of cold and warm items. However, the lack of control over room temperature was a downside, and the air-conditioning absence could be uncomfortable in warmer weather.
The hotel was just right for me, with nice and large rooms that were big and bright with big windows. However, the room was a bit cold. The service was top-notch, very welcoming and professional. The location was perfect for my needs, being great, close by supermarkets and restaurants. The dining experience was varied and delicious, turning out to be one of the best I had on my trip.
The hotel is okay, with friendly staff and a standard German hotel breakfast. The rooms are modestly furnished, clean, comfortable, quite, and spacious, although being close to the elevator shaft can be a bit noisy at times. The location is convenient, being close to the main Mainz train station and the city center. The dining experience offers a decent spread of foods in a nice setting. It's a better internet deal compared to most hotels in Germany.
